South African Orders

  • Since all garments are made-to-order, delivery may take up to 10 working days. But we can promise you that the wait is worth it!
  • To cancel an order, please email us within 12 hours of receiving your confirmation email
  • If you receive an order, and it is not the garment you purchased, please notify us immediately and we will collect and replace your order at our own expense

International Orders

  • Since the garments have such a long way to travel, international customers can expect to receive orders within approximately 21 working days
  • Regrettably, Summerheart does not cover any international shipping costs (including returns)

Returns Policy

  • Sale items and giveaway items may not be returned, exchanged or refunded
  • Full-priced items may be returned within 7 days of receipt. While most clients opt for an exchange, refunds may be requested. Strictly no returns will be accepted after 7 days
  • Summerheart will not cover the cost of any return items. We can, however, recommend the following couriers when returning your garments: Aramex, Postnet, Citisprint or your nearest post office

  • All return items must be sent in the original condition (hygiene sticker on) and in the original packaging
  • If items are not returned in original condition, you will automatically be charged per item as follows: R100 for dry cleaning per item and 10% restocking fee on each item.
  • Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or refund
  • We aim to process returns within 5-7 business days. We will notify you via email as soon as your refund has been processed
  • There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have not received your refund after 10 working days, please contact us at justask@summerheart.co.za
  • Unfortunately, Summerheart cannot cover any loss or return that has not been insured or signed for
